Rauw Alejandro
Raul Alejandro Ruiz was born on 10 January 1993. He is known as Rauw Alejandro. He has been called the "King Of Modern Reggaeton".[2][3] He belongs to the "new generation" of Puerto Rican musicians. [4] His debut album, Afrodisiaco, was released in November of the year 2020. The album he followed with his second studio album, Vice Versa, released in June 2021, featured the lead single "Todo de Ti". From 12 nominations, the singer has been awarded two Latin Grammy Awards. Raul Alejandro Olasio was conceived in San Juan (Puerto Rico) on the 10th of January, 1993. His family was born in Carolina and Canovanas. His father guitar player Raul Ocasio, as well as his mother and backing vocalist Maria Nelly Ruiz, introduced to some of his musical idols like Elvis Presley, Michael Jackson, and Chris Brown. Alejandro and his dad lived for a long time in the United States. They mainly settled in New York City and Miami. Alejandro and Anuel A.A., a friend of his Puerto Rican rapper are childhood friends. They attended the same school together and shared classes. 9/10/10 Alejandro was a dancer with talent when he was a kid and participated in talent shows. When he graduated from high school, he was accepted at the University of Puerto Rico. He was a soccer player between the ages of six and twenty. However, he eventually left after stating that he couldn't perform as expected. He moved to Orlando, Florida to attempt to be scouted for a spot in the Premier Development League (PDL), but eventually was unsuccessful. Rauw Alejandro's style of music includes Latin R&B, reggaeton, rhythmic pop, and ballads. Billboard stated that this makes him make a name for himself among a increasing number of reggaetoneros who lean towards pop. Presley and Jackson have influenced him from the beginning and were followed by Ricky Martin, Daddy Yankee and Chris Brown. [24He also cites Ciara for being his musical inspiration.
