Alissa White-Gluz

Alissa White-Gluz was the former lead singer of the metalcore band The Agonist, and the now the band's lead vocalist for Swedish music group, melodic Death Metal Arch Enemy. Alissa White-Gluz was born on July 31, 1985. She is a Canadian musician, most known as the lead vocalist of the Swedish rock group melodic Arch Enemy. Alissa also was a leader and founding member of the Canadian metalcore group The Agonist. Her style of singing combines clear and growling vocals (singing). She is often linked to melodic metalcore and metalcore, she's also performed as a vocalist for power metal, deathcore, symphonic and symphonic bands. They include Kamelot along with Delain. White-Gluz (2004-2014). In the year 2004 White-Gluz, along with fellow members Danny Marino, Chris Kells created the band The Agonist in Montreal, Quebec. White-Gluz released three albums during her time as vocalist for the Agonist. Her departure came the band in early 2014 after she accepted the offer to be the vocalist of Arch Enemy.
