Kari Samantha was an American artist, actress and vocalist (born on April 28, 1967). Wuhrer first began her acting career as a teenager. Her best-known character was for her role as Maggie Beckett from the TV show Sliders as well as for the role of the character Sheriff Samantha Parker on the horror film Eight Legged Freaks. There are three of her siblings. As a teenager, she performed at nightclubs by sneaking from the house.
